Rick Christie
Independant Chairman
Rick brings first hand expertise of the oil industry and export sector to Provenco.
He spent 21 years in the oil industry in New Zealand and overseas and nearly nine
years in the export sector, including six years as Chief Executive of Trade New
Zealand. He then joined diversified investment company Rangatira as Chief Executive
for four years.
Rick is currently Chairman of AgResearch Limited and EBOS Group Limited, as well
as Director of the Growth and Innovation Advisory Board, Tourism Holdings Limited,
Wakefield Health Limited and the NZ Pork Industry Board. Rick was appointed as a
Director to the Provenco board in January 2005 and Chairman of Provenco Group in
November 2007.

Peter Maire
Director
Peter is best known as the founder of the pioneering GPS product company Navman
New Zealand, established 20 years ago. Despite selling his shareholding to Brunswick
Corporation (a US listed company), Peter is a member of the Government Growth and
Innovation Advisory Board and the board of New Zealand Trade and Enterprise. He
is a Director of GPS component manufacturer Rakon Limited, Orion Health and Fusion
Electronics Limited, and is also a sought after speaker, regular supporter of academic
projects and mentor to many small technology companies. Peter was appointed a Director
to the Cadmus board in September 2004 and Chairman of Cadmus in April 2007. |

Robert Bryden
Director
Robert is the Managing Director of Todd Capital Limited, a member of the Todd Corporation
group of companies. Robert was appointed as a Director to the Provenco Board in
December 2006. He is currently Director of Sky TV, Landco and Crown Castle Australia.
His past directorships include CLEAR Communications, AAPT, Power NZ, WEL Energy
Group and Metlifecare. |

Thiam Beng Lau
Director
Thiam Beng is the Chief Executive of Singapore based ST Electronics (Info-Comm Systems)
Pte Limited and has been a Director of Cadmus since January 2004. He has held various
senior management positions with AT&T Bell Laboratories and the centre for wireless
communications. Thiam Beng is the Chairman of iWOW Technology Pte Limited, mPayment
Pte Limited and Tunity Pte Limited, and holds directorships with a number of other
technology companies.

Christopher Morrison
Director
Chris is a senior executive of Todd Capital Limited who joined the Provenco Board
in January 2007. He is currently a Director of the Thompson's Group and Crown Castle
Australia and has previously held positions in the primary export and investment
banking industries.

Bruce Irvine
Director
Bruce joined the ProvencoCadmus board in May 2008 as a Director and Chairman of
the company's audit and risk committee. He recently retired from Deloitte Christchurch
after 12 years as Managing Partner. Bruce holds a number of directorships with companies
including Rakon Limited, Godfrey Hirst Limited and subsidiaries, Ravensdown Fertiliser
Cooperative Limited, House of Travel Group, Pyne Gould Corporation Limited (Marac),
Canterprise Limited, Skope Limited and Scenic Circle Hotels. He is also Chairman
of Christchurch City Holdings Limited.
